How to add or remove a money collection pot to my group ecard?
You can add a money collection pot while
creating your group ecard by activating the option. For an existing eCard, simply toggle the
enabled/disabled setting.
How to check how much has been collected so far?
You can view the collected amount in real time in the designated box next to your ecard. Currently, it's only visible on desktop.
If you don’t see it, you may have lost your admin link. In that case, access your account or request a recovery link from here.
How to deliver the collection pot?
Once everyone has signed the eCard and contributed to the collection, you can send it to the recipient by clicking the “Card & Pot Delivery” or “Pay & Schedule” button. The money pot will be automatically attached to the eCard. The recipient will see a “Redeem” button and can use the funds to choose a prepaid debit card or a gift card.
If you don’t see any delivery buttons, you may have lost your admin link. In that case, access your account or request a recovery link from here.
Are there any fees associated with the group money pots?
For all gift cards, except Visa and Amazon, the process is completely free - there are no fees for contributions or redemption.
However, if the recipient chooses one of the above vouchers, a one-time fee of 2% - 5.9% will be applied (depending on the average credit card processing fees). This fee is charged to cover payment processing costs from Visa and Mastercard and will be shown transparently to the recipient.
Alternatively, the recipient can choose to receive the funds via bank account or PayPal. In this case, a 6.9% payout fee applies to cover processing costs.
The recipient can't see the collection pot. What should I do?
If the eCard organizer disables the collection pot before sending the eCard, the recipient will not be able to redeem the funds. To fix this, the organizer needs to go back to the admin view of the eCard and re-enable the collection pot.
